Helping Hand

When you need to clean out the refrigerator,  call my friend R.     H was needing help with food. 
The hospice nurse was here today.   She said it would be LUCKY if I could actually die in my sleep some night or afternoon.   I want some luck.  Some of the tradeoffs might not appeal.
H says he has a photo I might like to use for tomorrow.
