New Years card

Except that it's my guess 125 ish years old.
Any ideas as to who designed it or its origin would be most welcome.

Still lunching on the party aftermath.
Chilly bright weather - chaps along the road pulling fibre optic coms cables.
Packed away the Christmas decorations for the community reuse and boxes for storage in the loft which is such a performance vowed not to do it again - well maybe next year?
