Notes: Woke early - Spatz and slept at my side most of the night, walking over my stomach and back several times. He attached to me much of the day and curled around my neck on the couch numerous times. Tried some email setup and forwarding - bit of struggle but then could never get the email server for godaddy to add the new one so I can send from diff accounts. Things just not working well so stepped away. Heated the rest of my carnivore flatbread in the oven w/ slices of raw cheddar over and boiled egg - was so unbelievably good! Since I had oven hot and whole chix didn't fit in crock pot, I decided to go ahead and roast it w/ onion, garlic and butter. Took a bit more than I thought but came out great - and started the bone broth! Talked to Jo for awhile, she woke early and has been struggling w/ all happening at this new place (with the people from Brisbane now in the new house in Kingscliff) - we chatted for almost 2 hrs. Went back to the computer then and was able to accomplish some other things. Cold day but some sun. Nice to just have mostly the quiet day. Took shower ~4p. A week ago today I flew in! Later ate some of the fresh roasted chicken w/ sauteed onions and had yogurt w/ the last of the pomegranate seeds (they've gotten quite woody). Also tried to do another carnivore flatbread but in the big carbon steel pan w/ hot butter to keep from sticking - didn't really work. Still have to figure out how to bake w/o using parchment paper where it'll release. Another beautiful night and looking out at the water. To bed early.
