Oliver's pick up truck is now in Ukraine.

Before he passed his test, he was so looking forward to being able to drive his pick up truck. We struggled to find any insurers that would even consider quoting, and when we did find one that would quote we declined the insurance quote which ran to tens of thousands. 

So the outcome was it went up for sale.

We had a few time wasters, but one chap was keen to come and have a look. Asked plenty of questions, but was reasonable and didn't try haggling. He took it away in mid December and today I got an email from the buyer, who over the new year drove it out to Ukraine and handed it over to a group of soldiers close to the front line. Sad to see it go, but glad to know it's being used and the new owners are really pleased with it.
