Strange creatures

We drove through very beautiful passes to Lake Tekapo, after spending a morning in Queenstown by the lake. The temperature increased as we drove and in Tekapo it was around 21 degrees when we arrived.
After finding the house where we were staying we walked down to the very peaceful little town and on the way encountered this set of Alpacas in a field. Never seen one this thin or this colour before. The views over the lake are serene and this is a great place to spend a couple of days.
