Frosty

Got very cold this morning.  Turned up in a shop and came over a bit woozy.  I sat down with a glass of water and managed to get my shopping.  I cycled to Boots and requested a blood pressure check.  My left arm registered 136/70, well within the 140/90 limit.  My right arm was 141/82, the pharmacist stated that the left arm reading was what they'd go by. 

My wooziness could be due to the cold and poor sleep, the latter has persisted for months.  I get to sleep but am woken up by traffic at all times during the night and early hours as our road has become a ratrun.  I've tried ear plugs but as Mr is getting deaf someone has to hear if the hound barks, or there might be intruders.  It's a key reason for my wanting to move.  But I'm relieved my blood pressure is ok.
