Icy weather!

It barely got above freezing today, but Matthew was happy to stop and observe the broken ice from construction vehicles driving through frozen puddles. Less happy about needing a shiw this evening. 8 degrees in our temporary outdoor bathroom, despite having the heater on all day! Still trying to decide if I should leave it on overnight - probably not. Forecast just a smidge warmer tomorrow.

Today's work, bathroom replastered, first coats of paint in Matthew's room. They're coming back to continue painting on Monday. We got a query about the bathroom tiles sorted out today. Irritatingly they're now not going to be doing the tiling until the week after next, meaning longer with no bathroom. I have protested gently about the delay - this could have been sorted out a month ago!
