Yorkshire Pudding
I was once told by a Yorkshire lass to make good Yorkshire Puddings you only measure by volume. One egg per person mixed with an equal volume of plain flour and milk. I use two identical glasses. I measure the eggs in the first then flour in the other. I then pour the eggs into a mixing bowl and measure out the milk against the flour. It has never failed me yet.
Last week I joined the 52 Frames project, this is my entry for this week's theme 'What I Eat'.
For this 'studio' set up I used my light box as a base, a white perspex sheet behind and a small torch to highlight the flour. I wanted to try a high key shot.
All this was set up on my kitchen worktop. My camera sat on a cookery book and I controlled the settings and took the shot using the wifi control of my iPhone 12 Max Pro and the OM Image Share app.
Tonight we had Toad-in-the-Hole for tea... ;o)
