The joys of owning a dog

I had hoped to walk Reggie this morning as the weather forecast was for heavy rain this afternoon and evening. However I was waiting for a delivery of a new hedge trimmer which was anytime from 9 till 5 - it came at 3!

Miss H had a hospital appt today, and her letter( she had 2 the same for the appt) said it was at st Luke's. when she got there it turned out to be at Bradford Royal. As you can imagine she was somewhat stressed when she got home just after after 3!

Mr H got in just after I'd calmed her down, and then we told him the full tale. Therefore by the time I took Reggie out it was heavy rain. I got back in wet, wet, and wetter. So while Mr H cooked our tea I got in a hot shower and then got into my new summer weight PJ's and dressing gown. Won't be moving from the sofa now!
