Another Icy Day

Another lovely session with the children, which although was very cold was accompanied by full sunshine. There was a lot of investigation through the morning centred on the properties of ice.
I had time for a quick swim and sauna, which is very good for warning you up.
Later we had a long appointment at the opticians to check mum's eyes, and get new glasses. All the staff were very good.
