Garden Shadows
I love to be stopped in my tracks by the sight of unusual shadows and these did just that this morning as I got out of the car after a trip to the supermarket. The dried up hydrangea heads cast a row of messy mop heads onto the front of the house in the sunshine.
It was bitterly cold again today, I had to scrape the car windscreen inside and out. I do hope the little birds in their first winter survive this prolonged cold spell.
