Cutting Down

The walk way to the Lighthouse carried a warning this morning.
About 6 forestry workers were on the hillside cutting down trees, which have been damaged by the “ insect” which is causing them to lose their foliage and turn brown….
We had seen ‘ inspections ‘ taking place in the last few weeks, so it wasn’t a surprise to see the workers today.
Such a lot of trees have already been cut down….lets hope the area will quickly regenerate itself
