Definitely worth defrosting the bird bath

Seriously icy again. I think the birds were pleased with the defrosted bird bath, and all the new clean and filled feeders.

I must be getting too relaxed as I get older. I went into Lidl yesterday as you know. As well as the feeders, I bought one of their lovely pain au raisin. I just paid contactlessly and was happy to just have a digital receipt. Silly ! When I did get home and check it, I’d been charged £60.00 for the patisserie and apparently I’d bought 80 of them !

They were lovely when I went back this morning. Immediately they said it was their mistake - wrong input. I said I should have checked it, but they were so lovely.  But in future, in these days of scams, I must be more alert.
