I can see clearly now….

........in the far distance you can see the rise of the Cheviot hills and Engerland.

Stunning day in the shire of Roxburgh. Nancy was working from home but she doesn't appear from the spare room unless she needs coffee, tea or food. I set about my daily tasks as if she wasn't here. These took me to Selkirk dump, the Co-op, online to do some Scout admin and finally the kitchen to make a chilli con carne filling for our baked tatties. 

Carol the Post delivered a card from the vet wishing us all the best over Sparky's recent exit, which upset Nancy a bit when she opened it. We went for a walk round the village to clear heads and enjoy the sunshine. 

Later I donned my cycling stuff for 45mins on the static bike in the garage. I'll be pleased when the road is more tarmac and less ice.
