Light

Today I met up with JanetH in Warkworth. The weather was glorious and we had a meander down the river and up to the castle where a re-enactment prior to the battle of Flodden was taking place. However I don't recollect Flodden appearing in the script but it was fun to watch and gave us lots to photograph. This was a shot taken inside the largely intact castle keep which was a very impressive building.

After lunch by the river we took a walk to the beach. It was almost an unrecognisable place to me as never before had I seen people swimming or sunbathing there, only dog walking!

It was a really good day out with lots of photo opportunities and great to finally meet up Janet.
