Went into town this morning to order new lights for the kitchen. It’s taken me ages to make a decision - hope I like them when they’re up! I walked through the park to the bus stop. It was a beautiful sunny day and there were workmen amongst the trees. Couldn’t work out what they were doing though. After over an hour in the lighting shop (complicated order) I came home for lunch and then dtove over to Clifton for a hygienist appointment. Just got out when there was a message about someone with no food and two children needing help. Fortunately she had a car so could collect an emergency parcel. I stopped at the supermarket on the way home to get food for her. Its next door to a school and I got caught up in leaving time so was delayed by about 20 minutes - frustrating! Did 40 minutes sorting out in the garden when I got home and finished my financial admin before the person came to collect the food
