New work shirt arrived in a very flash box…Boxing Day sale purchase.
The other blip option was me on my turbo trainer cycling up Mt ventoux last night … I will spare you that sight !! First training session for the Everest ride in June…need to be in crack condition… last time I did it 2 years ago it was a 16 hour ride!
