vegetable surprise

I offered to make our evening meal tonight. Since my brother is veggie it seemed easier to make a meat free dish. Jamie was round, so he acted as my assistant, and we basically made it up as we went along. The plan had been veggie chilli, but it didn't quite turn out that way. Everyone seemed to enjoy it though, or at least that's what they said!
