As I travel about Cumbria and Lancashire, I'm seeing more and more of these motivational quotations pasted onto reception-area walls. It's clearly the "in" thing to do, although what would I know? I'm not cool enough to know whether or not "in" is the right word to use in these circumstances or indeed if I should be using the word "cool" at all and if I am to be using it, what criteria is used to gauge the level of one's coolness.
