Lake Hawea

Todays stagger was the 5km walk to this lake from Albert Town which is a great walking track that follows the output from the lakes Hydro dam that eventually flows into the Clutha river.
The Bossess walked it both ways to get the car while The Boss sat on a log in the shade and admired the view. its a small community but has a great food/coffee shop as you enter town.
