After a very late start today, 1010... I lay around the living room working on my crochet.   Si had been intending to go to the allotment and I kinda.was ignoring that 

After a bowl of soup (home made of course) I agreed and said I would work my steps while he did the important things which needed done 

It was quite pleasant.  I gazed at a plot which the owner has just given up.  He left several fish in his pond.  I suggested we brought them home but Si said that the cats would eat them 

I walked twice round taking seats where there were seats and enjoyed the fresh but very cold air 

My leeks are still growing but looking a little sadder this week (I'd look sad if I was sitting in mud in 2 degrees )

We then headed home via the shops to pick up milk 

I spoke to my friend at work and we giggled at the chaos my absence is generating.

She is being amazingly supportive and I'm doing what I can in the background to help her along.
