Quinn

We're celebrating a gamer's birthday this weekend and the birthday girl is a DC Comics characters fan.  Some decorations have arrived ahead of the event - more to come I gather.

I recognise Batman and the Joker but I must admit I had to look up Harley Quinn.  The only Harleys I was aware of were Street and Davidson.

Today was the day of the annual gas servicing and safety checks.  With four boilers, one of which is a big commercial beastie, and three gas hobs it takes quite a while.  OK, all I did was relocate stuff out of the way and make coffees, but it seemed to occupy a fair bit of time somehow.

One of the awaited deliveries arrived today, a whole pile of deliveries and collections are scheduled for tomorrow - some with the unhelpful timing of "by the end of the day".
