Fish Transport

Highlight of the day: collected the goldfish from JacktheLad after its Christmas holiday. Seems to have grown a bit, must have been the mince pies (the fish I mean). The basket is a proven method of fish transportation when packed with towels and sponges to absorb as much pothole bumping as possible and to absorb any water splashes caused by particularly nasty potholes and speed bumps. I’d cleaned the fishbowl this morning but the goldfish can destress overnight before I relocate and re-stress it tomorrow!
I’m hoping a recent mouse invader is equally (or more) stressed. It’s nicked the bait off a trap without setting it off (seriously impressive!) but has also consumed two loads of poison. That should give it a headache if nothing else.
