A beautiful blue sky day today for my trip to friends and blippers ChrisA and IAE.  They knew I was keen to see a container vessel at the Port of Felixstowe so they very kindly took me there this morning.  It was really interesting to watch containers being lifted on cranes.  We had a lovely walk along the nearby beach and of course Luna enjoyed paddling.  We then went to Pin Mill which I've not heard of before which has quite a well known pub and restaurant, Butt and Oyster which has appeared in a painting my brother-in-law has done.  Back to ChrisA's for a very delicious lunch before heading back to Clacton.  Had to stop to capture the sunset, extras.  What an enjoyable day.
