Whoa, we're...

.... halfway there.

Cross stitch is not my favourite of my many hobbies and this piece is so not my aesthetic, but it was a thoughtful gift from a godmother who keeps up to date with my activities and interests, and it's fun using so many bright colours when most of my past cross stitches have involved mainly shades of brown. 

Keen to get it finished so I can go back to knitting - my one true love!
