We've had a super day with Marpaul today.   As she had never been before, we took her to the Port of Felixstowe where we just missed seeing a large Evergreen container ship passing the viewing area.   But we had a good walk and Luna enjoyed paddling in the sea and playing  chase with a couple of doggie chums.
On the way home we detoured to Pin Mill, where unfortunately the tide was out and it was looking somewhat scruffy and unloved.   However I liked the clouds in this picture and the extra is of the Butt and Oyster, a well known pub and restaurant around this area.
We came back for a late lunch after which it was all too soon for Marian to head back to Clacton.
