Which Way

The drive home over the Cotswolds in the late afternoon gave some spectacular skies when the sun dropped low. With the absence of any owls at all, the beautiful views made up for having stood around, along with JDO, for some time in the bitter cold and wind bemoaning lack of said owls. Great to have a natter with her as usual but it has to be said, warming up my extremities which had turned to icicles with the wind chill, was pure joy when I finally got back to the car to switch the heater on.
