Things I Love

I love fresh herbs! These are coriander and basil. I'm not the best cook in the world but I do a great tomato and mozzarella salad (with basil) and am becoming an expert at salsas. Tonight I'm cooking chicken with mango salsa. The salsa is made with mango, red onions, cucumber, chilli, coriander and lime juice.
