Getting excited

Our young Australian friend will soon be on her way to Glasgow. A. leaves Melbourne tomorrow (or is that already today in Oz?!) and gets to Glasgow on Friday mid-day. She'll stay with us for one night before setting off on her grand tour. We'll meet up with her again in three weeks for her last few days.

One of her ambitions is to see Muckle Flugga lighthouse where her father worked in the 1960s.

We visited her parents in 2005 and were able to visit Cape Otway lighthouse, now a visitor centre and one of the less remote lighthouses in Victoria where A. grew up.
