On a clear day

All things bright and beautiful

but bloody cold, made me realize I still had nips when I went outside to go to the physio

A good report from him, even worked on the "other" hip which is giving me jip. 
"The new one is much more flexible than the other" he smiled.
Working on the old one is going to give me much grief tomorrow methinks.

I've stayed away from social media today,(today being what it is). I'm hoping that common sense prevailed.
