Bonus day!

Found out at 7:30 that school would be opening late (10:30) to allow for more safe travel time. Then at 7:59 I heard another ‘ping’ come in (as I had left my computer on just in case) and found out that school was remaining closed today. :D
So, I had breakfast at home, checked a couple things on the computer then walked up to mom’s to walk Jodie.
Feels like we (Scout and I) did a lot of walking today. It was lovely but the snow was wet and slushy. Bumped into Norman and then Stuart (our previous neighbour). It was nice seeing them.
Went out to the Coffee Mill for lunch. Very yummy jacket potato.
I wanted to take the car out before tomorrow morning so headed out about 4:30. However, I was already to late as it was already freezing! Rob walked past and helped me to chip the frozen snow off the car. Drove up to mom’s, had a coffee with her, walked Jodie back down, picked up Cathie, walked back up to mom’s then defrosted the car again and drove home. The weather is beautiful! Felt so good to be out walking. :)
The roads are going to be worse tomorrow morning than this morning!
The rest of the evening was watching the box.
