Back Blip - Me Time

A me time day, felt a little less fatigued.

I don’t drink so a lovely day enjoying the football and having some me time, caught up with a few friends, took advantage of a lower chronic pain day.

Still recovering from the tonsillitis and the additional pain and fatigue but grateful for a lower pain day.
