Leadburn

A late meal and too much spicy food meant that I slept badly (acid reflux) and had to drag myself out of bed this morning. I’d arranged to go and help clear away the Christmas decorations and change the windows at Save the Children.
Home for lunch and then once son no 3 had finished his packing, Mr P and I drove him to the airport for his flight back to Barcelona. We stopped off briefly at the Community Woodland on the way home. It was very Narnia like there with thick snow. More packing tonight as son no 2 and his partner are also heading off to Spain tomorrow morning. In their case, Alicante for a couple of days and then our flat in Valencia for a couple of weeks. It’ll be strange to be empty nesters again for a while.
