No gardening today

Up early to go to the office. I turned around after 30 mins, roads were so busy, pouring rain, pitch black and the time to the end of the journey ticking up, not down. Annoying, as I'll need to go in another day. 

Home, was very nice walking in and seeing the surprise in all their faces. I helped get the boys out, which actually really helped two young souls who didn't want to go to school on a dark, cold, wet January day. 

Driving home from the school run with the husband and a deer shot out of the hedge in front of us and clipped the drivers side of the car. It carried on going, but must be very bruised. Car is OK. 

So I felt I needed coffee by 9am after all that!
