No meat Monday

No school for Charlotte today although the roads weren’t too bad.

Had a hospital appointment this afternoon which wasn’t pleasant but did get home a little earlier than if I’d been at work. Need to get back to healthy eating so this is the makings of veggie enchiladas.

Three positives:

1) drive in to work was easier than I thought
2) appointment out of the way although I do need to go back
3) we love Ted Lasso, only recently been introduced to him
