Walk on the frozen swamp

Hubby got an idea to walk around the nearby lake. I was not sure if I am in so good condition after my diverticulitis, but according to my smart watch the walk was not too heavy task at all. And I felt cheeky already yesterday. So... we were walking slowly and it was nice and quiet and we also visited in the woods.

It seemed that maybe hubby was not in too good condition after his flu. He had to sit and rest for a while several times during the walk..

... Well, I took a rest after the walk and had an hour nap. 

A lovely lazy day.

-8c with cold wind. My replaced knees felt somehow oddly cold. Have to wear more clothing next time.
