Yet another scone blip…

We have escaped the really bad weather of down south, and today was lovely. No wind, no icy pavements, and quite mild.

Archie and I went for a big walk, actually two big walks (8,181 steps) while JR went to the gym and then the supermarket.

Our second walk was one we did the other day, but without the visit to my pal. But with a visit to the cafe. They do THE BEST scones in town! With spreadable butter - a bonus.

But boy, I was struggling on the way back - had to sit on the bench for quite a while. But I was listening to a couple of ABC ‘Conversations’. I haven’t been using my earbuds lately, as I’m scared of them falling out and bouncing into a drain again. But those ‘Conversations’ kept me going.

Got a letter from the long awaited Pain Clinic for some thoughts on managing my aches. And I got a cancellation, so I’m going this week! Let’s see what they say - any suggestions welcome.
