Bring on the fruit! 

20yrs ago my Dad died. A huge number to get my head round, feels like only a few yrs have passed. 
It's been a weird day. Have tried to get on with it; pilates at home, supermarket, and Stevens paperwork. 
I am now really dissociating,  heads all floaty I don't feel real, my flat is a strange environment and all I'm doing is staring into space.
