Abstract Ice

There was a food collection to be done 'before 9am' this morning.
That meant having to shift a ton of snow first.
We had about 4" overnight and it was nice and wet and heavy.
SWMBO wanted to come with me so that meant I also had to clear the path the the pavement and a path to the car for her as she feels very unsteady on her feet on surfaces like snow.

After collecting the stuff we headed to Broxburn to drop it off .... there was virtually nothing in the way of snow - just the lightest of dusting.
When we got home, some swine had parked (badly) in my space that I had cleared. A couple of the neighbours were out clearing their cars and had no idea whose car it was or where they were but they also thought it was a bit cheeky at the very least.

I spent a few minutes taking pictures of the melting/refreezing snow/ice in the garden. I tried to get them as abstracts as opposed to the usual snow shots over here.
