Flowers

Hubby bought the bulbs the day before we left so I was surprised to see we had flowers when we got home.
Opened the blinds to discover the garden was flooded his morning and wellies required to get out of the house as we had a stream of water going past the front door, Hetty had to be carried down the drive.
By the time I left for the gym the path was dry.
Ironing done after lunch and then out for a walk with Hetty, was dry and temperature a bit higher.
Hubby got call from hospital to cancel his appointment at eye clinic tomorrow as they are short of doctors, they have referred him to Specsavers instead, which he is fine about as he didn’t feel he needs a doctor to check them.
