Overflowing

Today has been awesome!

Good meetings in the morning. Although one of the team has picked up the lurgy. Hope she'll be ok.

Managed a good lunchtime power ramble. The first in a hell of a long time. I have to find my walking mojo again. As usual though, Strava failed to record my walk properly. As you can see the canal was overflowing because of all the rain we've had.

Had some really sad news on my walk though. One of my best friends' wife has been diagnosed with cancer. Pretty similar to how Chris Hoy discovered his cancer.

The walk fired my creative juices this afternoon and ideas were pinging everywhere. The best bit was that people thought they were really good. Don't you just love it when you're in the flow?

I shall look forward to finish my first book of 2025 tonight. Can you believe I've not read any books this year yet? *faints*
