A mixed collection
You may, or may not, know that I make videos of my bike rides (David Rose - YouTube).
I don't usually add music when I mount the camera on the handlebars, the windshield prevents a lot of wind noise but you don't get to 'look around'. So sometimes I mount it on my helmet, the wind noise is horrendous, even at low speed.
When helmet mounted I add music to the video but I'm running out of music and started to repeat music on the videos.
I decided I'd get some CD's to rip, I can't use the music I've purchased on iTunes, like most of those apps you are not able to use the music on other apps or copied onto other things, such as videos.
It looks like an odd selection but I was specifically looking for music suitable for the purpose.
Eagles, goes without saying really when we are talking about biking videos, Simon and Garfunkel, for those gentle rides, The Animals, because they were one of my favourite bands in the mid sixties, when I joined the RAF, along with The Trogs,The Kinks and The Rolling Stones.
I also got one of Christopher Cross, The Definitive CD. I just love his music, among my favourites are Sailing, Thinking of Laura, Words of Wisdom, Never be the Same, but I pretty much like all of his music.
So, for those of my YouTube followers, dare I say 'fans' HAHAHAHAHA, they will have some different music to listen to soon.
I often get a warning that the music is subject to copyright but 'The owner allows it's use on YouTube'.
