Happy 2025!

For New Years, Sophia and I went to her Aunt and Uncle's (Uma and Mahul) house in London. I've met them before, along with most of her cousins, except the 2 I met yesterday for the first time, Taryn and Anya. There were also a few slightly more distant relatives of hers there and a family friend. 

It was a fun evening with lots of food! Mahul Kaka just got a new mini pizza oven for Christmas, so he was keen to make the most of it. Another person there had brought a vegan chocolate orange cheesecake that was quite nice. He'd somehow made it from apples! 

In the picture is Rafi (with Uma Kaki) who is Sophia's cousin, Devi's, dog. They both stayed over night, as did Sophia and I, and this picture is from this morning of Rafi copying how Devi sits!

Uma Kaki and Mahul Kaka made a delicious breakfast spread for us, and made more pizza before we headed home in the evening!
