St Cuthberts

Son M wanted to take advantage of the unexpected sun to run round the Kentmere Horseshoe and needed a lift up to Kentmere church. I am always happy to visit St Cuthberts in Kentmere because inside is a really  interesting display and timeline of historical events affecting the area .
And today the scenery was Alpine.  Extra is M setting off . He had crampons, a compass and lots of snacks with him for his 18km run.
