Notes: Didn't sleep well and was awake from about 4a on. Still headed out on bike around 7a, cold but beautiful morning and so great to ride a bit again. Did 10 miles in a big circle around Gulfport and on parts of the Pinellas and Skyway Trails. Hot shower when I got back (toes were so frozen) and threw in a dark load of laundry down the hall. Watched the CBS Sun morn show w/ coffee and had a boiled egg later. Quiet morning. Football started @1p tho early games not great. Around 215p, started my batch of carnivore pancakes w/ the new carbon steel Lodge pan (newly found in storage and hadn't been used) - since I rewatched the video and caught where it said to cover them (had to use foil since no lid here was big enough), they turned out amazing - best ever! So incredible and added butter, maple and fresh whipped cream sprinkled w/ cinnamon. Denver played KC for the afternoon game - Denver dominated! Was so fun to watch, wasn't even a game and the network ended up switching to another for the 4th qtr. Denver ended up winning 38-0! Quiet evening w/ another great sunset. Watched some Netflix instead of NFL - tired early again. Mom called - Dad firing 2 people in the morning.
