Grey, dreary day

The rain was relentless, all night and most of the day. In the daylight James could see where he had gone wrong with camera no. 2. It needed to come down and be re positioned. I protested that it could wait, but he insisted he was doing it this morning despite the rain. We both got very wet, but he did it! His dad would be very proud (even a little amazed I think). B did all our ‘jobs’ such as this, but with lots of moans and groans and bad language! James laughed and smiled throughout.
The rain eased a little this afternoon so Dog and I walked then, but it wasn’t pleasant!
