The Garden of Earthly Delights

The Cardiff contingent arrived in the Shire this morning, bringing fun and chaos with them. Because the addition of Grandson Two to their menage has sent bed pressures at our house critical, they're renting an Airbnb a few minutes walk away, which by giving the party more space is also making it a more relaxed affair. I spent the afternoon cooking a ham and a vegetarian savoury for a buffet lunch tomorrow, when we'll also be joined by my sister and nephews, but I put down the basting spoon for long enough to snap H and S putting in some time on the Christmas jigsaw.
