Triumph

It was Day 3 of my battle with the leftover cabbage (yesterday I awarded myself a day off). 

Today's recipe was another resounding success - the vloggers responsible (see my replies to comments on Friday's Blip) call it a pancake, but I reckon it is more akin to a Spanish tortilla or Italian frittata. 

Anyway, it is/was delicious. Tomorrow I will find out if it is good cold. I have a quarter left. Cynics may note I have swapped leftover cabbage for leftover Korean "pancake". I see it more as re-purposing or upcycling.

The sriracha sauce does give it a wee extra zing, and the sweetness of ketchup would not work for me. Others will see it differently. 

Apart from my heroics in the kitchen, nothing interesting happened. That is fine. That is normal. It is called "Sunday".
