A sprinkling of snow

We had a sprinkling of snow overnight, the forecasters had revised their opinion on our area and taken away warning signs for a lot of snow.  On the way to church it was snowing lightly, but since then there has been a thaw and the roads are clear.  Not so in other parts of the country though and I hope that all are being careful and staying home and warm.

Was on 'meet and greet' at church this morning and it was a happy morning with lots of new year greetings. Since then we have been home and doing small chores and just chilling.   

Used up the last of the baked ham from Christmas which I had in the freezer, and also made a bread and butter pudding from some leftover panatone....Bob was so happy
