Not derelict, more unloved.
Somewhere in the fields behind this gate is an old house which has been converted into a hotel. I have seen signs for it but never actually seen  the building. There is just woodland behind these gates. Presumably this was once a driveway to the house but is now forgotten and unloved.

No snow here despite all the hype!
